We have looked into disabling pause and or indicating when a player is paused since release of 0.1. But unfortunately it isnt as easy as you would suppose. The main problem with your race script is people wont know where half the checkpoints are. nor will the script know when to cal the next etc. Really its only realistic to provide a basic !countdown and allow players themselves to organise the start position and the route etc. Cooperation peeps.

The previous cores have taken very little cpu to run (on the server) so in all likelyhood server requirements will increase rather than decrease over successive cores. Though not excessively so. Bandwidth requirements should decrease however.

The difficulty with this is the translation itself. We are not that multilingual. Perhaps if some fluent english speaking Russians / Germans /Frenchmen etc volunteered to translate for us it would be possible.
