Yeah it's throughout. Passenger just demonstrates it best. Bear in mind this may not make it into the initial 0.4 release tho people. It depends how glitchy it proves to be and how much extra work (therefore time) it is going to take to pefect it. It may appear in the second release of 0.4 (island 2). Time will tell

We have wildcard banning for the persistant ip changing reoffender. And name bans are easy using MTAMA as are tag bans to keep the blatant cheater gangs out.

Obviously you didn't pay attention to the pre-test 'rules' that whee announced. Namely: 'As usual any media captured, screenshots / movies must be cleared by the MTA Team before releasing for public view. Please upload them to the repositorys in the topic'

The server and client dont have built in ingame admin along the lines of halflifes /rcon no. There are however many ways of doing it using the official outsourced addon MTAMA (MTA mIRC Admin). This was developed by Aeron with lots of nagging from myself. Check its threads above for information and specific ingame admin scripts.
