You can use a simple texture replacement shader for replacing the vehicle lights texture. The texture names are vehiclelightson128 and vehiclelights128. Thread's moved out of Maps Showroom into Support, as that's where this question best belongs. I believe this can only be removed if you remove the world object, then place the building again. As far as I understand it's an interior entity placed through IPL, which you can't edit in MTA. Coordinates are 1391.12500, -1318.09375, 24.66406 (no rot)
