I didn't ask you to get the contents from the servercache.xml and post it, but to delete the file. Ping isn't high as you can see on the test, (which is also irrelevant) and for the ''Loading'' you already got an answer by Jusonex as I said before. I suggest you start speaking better English or use a better translator if you want us to understand eachother as intended (or go to Turkish language section). This will mark my last post here, unless you can concretely state the issue that's left which you experience.
-
Please be clear about which of the 2 problems you mentioned; the players not showing in dialog was answerred by Jusonex, and then you came up with the new issue from what I understand your server not showing up in browser. I answered that by saying it did, because for me it shows up just fine. Also the master server registers your server fine. Maybe you got an local issue, check with another PC and/or delete file: e.g C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\MTA\config\ > servercache.xml

From the log you're timing out intermittently ( CD16 connection to the server was lost ) which can have several causes related to your internet connection based on my experiences troubleshooting it before. Take these steps: 1: download this file: https://mirror.multitheftauto.com/mtasa/utils/servicing.bat Rightclick it and select ''Run as Administrator'' (this will for example revise your Windows network stack and hopefully remove corruptions in networking) and wait for it to complete before restarting your PC (will close on its own, please be patient) 2: Go to start > run > services.msc, navigate to ''Windows Firewall'', rightclick it, select Disabled state and ''stop'' the server (undo it if problem doesnt end up fixed, its a probe) 3: If both steps didn't solve the problem yet, open start > cmd (command prompt) and enter ''tracert'' + IP of a server that always disconnects you with the error (like example: ''tracert 185.30.124.37 > C:\Users\Marcel\Desktop\test.txt'' (one server you were playing) (it will possibly print only to the .txt file and not be visible in CMD line, so be patient and wait while the .txt fills itself) then post the tracert log into this topic If still not fixed..; 4: (based on previous experiences with CD16..) go to your router's configuration page: (specific for your case) 192.168.175.1 (in web browser) login using your known details or same pass as user. EDIT: Again this would be the config page address specific to your situation, others that read this later can get theirs by going to Windows networking center, clicking the active connection and then "details", and locating the "DHCP server" and/or "Standard gateway" address. Open your internet browser and enter the IP. Use the login credentials printed on the back of your router, or most commonly "admin" and "admin as both username and password, or alternatively google the router's model number (on its back physically) to get the default login or call your ISP to retrieve it. After you got into your router's configuration; Check if your router's internal firewall is on, turn it off for now and test if that solves the problem. Besides that, you could try adding your PC to DMZ zone somewhere on the router config page (link it using your MAC adress: 74-27-EA-B1-54-42 or your steady local IP: 192.168.175.175 this results in your PC not coping with any filtering, not very safe but this will cut it now to test if it works, so launch MTA after this and see if ports access was the culprit, if yes let know for port forwarding instructions. (this would mean your router restricts MTA's connection too strictly) After both the DMZ and firewall toggle on the router config page, restart the router from somewhere on the page (reboot) or with the button on the router case. Then test again. Also update with this driver: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/20775/eng/SetupChipset.exe

Please download, extract and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. Press 'n' when asked. Post any Pastebin URL MTADiag gives you in this topic EDIT: he just PMed me 18 days later that he managed to fix it already by using VPN, therefore he didnt reply anymore - good to know for anyone else possibly although it doesnt resolve the root issue.

I sorted this with you on Teamviewer remote access, just for the record: PC riddled with trojans and file-infecting viruses. This case of CL33 error was caused by the virus inner workings messing with the launch path. Explanation under here is just for future reference to understand how this type of virus can cause a MTA CL33 error. ''The virus writes its body to the beginning of the file being infected and redirects the program entry point to the virus body. With that, a part of the original program file is being encrypted. If the virus body runs with a parameter equal to the program name a User launches, then the program name is rendered as a parameter and its full path is located in the "%WinDir%\directx.sys" file for its further infection. File infection criteria listed above are met. If an infected file runs, after running the virus body, the virus decrypts a part of the original program file and executes the program restoring its original body which it had prior to infection. If the virus cannot restore the original program body, then the restoring program file is written to the temporary catalogue of the current Windows user ("3582-490") with the original name: %Temp%\3582-490\ (MTA launcher was located here occasionally) Afterwards, the original file is executed. (source: https://www.adaware.com/myadaware/malware-descriptions/blog/viruswin32neshtaa) backup of said page: https://web.archive.org/web/20190528120837/https://www.adaware.com/myadaware/malware-descriptions/blog/viruswin32neshtaa

It shows for me, that server from your screenshot. So it's very well visible in the list.

That's because he linked you the wrong installer, and you might have chosen another directory along with it. Use: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/?mtasa-1.5-latest This is just to solve the datafiles error, after all the suggestion of re-install doesn't neccesarily contribute to the solution. I will get back to you about the issue and further troubleshooting.
-
what I get from your explanation is that you ''only'' loaded an hack/didn't play with it, because it didn't work. Well loading it is already wrong, and if I understand from this you got a global MTA ban, it's well deserved and justified for (trying to) load a cheat tool. Wait out the ban and consider it a lesson, then. That the cheat didn't work/was patched doesnt disqualify you from a ban, you wanted to cheat.

MTA outruns GTA:V by playercounts, so does it with many top 10 multiplayer games worldwide. This topic is just gut feelings, MTA still tops off multiplayer gaming charts despite that it doesn't become public knownledge that easy. Check here: http://mygaming.co.za/news/pc/104633-more-popular-than-gta-v-online-welcome-to-multiplayer-gta-san-andreas.html '' GTA 5: Consistently placed in Steam’s top ten bestselling games, the game reaches a peak of around 50,000 active users daily. It’s not the most popular open-world crime game on PC however, not by a long shot. That title goes to the now 11 years old GTA: San Andreas and its two absolutely massive multiplayer mods, reports RockPaperShotgun. (https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2016/09/15/why-a-million-people-still-play-multiplayer-grand-theft-auto-san-andreas-every-month/) '' (that's right, gaming media now start picking up the fact MTA owns many ''top rated'' multiplayer games by large) '' If anything changed recently in how many players MTA attracts, it only became more. Went from average 15,000 simultaneous players on CEST evenings to more around 21,000. Just naming a few servers you know, looking at them at times random for you that fit, doesn't tell much if anything about MTAs general popularity. Besides that.. Judging by the counts you name and my knownledge of their average counts I'm pretty certain you're checking in a dip timezone/time. It's for example rare that the named servers get counts so low as you call. Go check your examples up on game-state.com and look on the playercount graphs around the clock.

You're the only one responsible for your server's security and script security (such as allowing backdoors to be added and exist) and MTA team doesn't play any role in a dispute like this. Advise: if they "stole" your host, use hosting company control panels (if present) to recover files through alternative method and then reset password/restore your access through direct access like a "Recovery mode" if you know how to, for example a Remote desktop account you can restore your access to. If you dont, check manuals or contact customer service. But its all hypothetical because I dont know your hosting situation.. If it was hosting company and they changed customer and billing information to remove you as they had your account details with the hoster, so you lost all access, simply contact the hosting company with a report they hijacked (fraudulently took over without permission) your account

Did this in new version @ https://community.multitheftauto.com/index.php?p=resources&s=details&id=13748 and also removed environment sounds as the BSOD screen lasts to make it appear legit bluescreen. Thanks for suggestion

You have an MTA installation present at the usual location, while you're launching the installation located on: C:\PROGRA~2\MTASAN~1.5\MULTIT~1.EXE which is obviously a corrupted path/installation. The CL33 error is because MTA launcher is renamed to that filename which it shouldn't be. Please re-install MTA and make sure you manually enter the default installation folder before proceeding. (being C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\ ) Let me know if this worked. EDIT: Also, that corrupted path I stated is infact just a notation used in certain filesystems, to translate into the full path. MTA clearly doesn't like that to launch from, so maybe if you rightclick MTA shortcut and change the start in-path to point to MTA's install folder > Multi Theft Auto.exe, does that solve it? Even a step earlier, does launching Multi Theft Auto.exe directly from file explorer @ C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\ work?

To start with; Please download, extract and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. Press 'n' when asked. Post any Pastebin URL MTADiag gives you in this topic. What can you already try: Step 1: Don't check, but exclude the possibility that firewall is blocking it - go to Start > run and type ''services.msc'' and hit Enter. Now look for ''Windows Firewall'' and rightclick it, properties and ''stop'' the service. Run MTA and see if it works, if it does, then disable that service for good by ''Disabled'' state in same menu (if you also have another firewall product running), or simply allow MTA through application settings. Do the same (whitelist/allow MTA) to eventuel thirdparty firewall other than Windows Firewall. Step 2: If that didnt work, then launch Notepad and paste this into it: ECHO ON ECHO Attempting to fix your problem. netsh online netsh winsock reset netsh winhttp reset proxy netsh interface ipv4 reset netsh interface ipv6 reset netsh int ip reset c:\resetLog.txt netsh interface tcp reset netsh interface portproxy reset netsh interface httpstunnel reset netsh rpc reset netsh http flush logbuffer netsh winsock reset all netsh int 6to4 reset all netsh int ipv4 reset all netsh firewall delete netsh int ipv6 reset all netsh advfirewall reset netsh int httpstunnel reset all netsh int isatap reset all netsh int portproxy reset all netsh int tcp reset all netsh int teredo reset all netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal netsh interface tcp set heuristics disabled Reset Winsock control netsh branchcache reset netsh branchcache flush fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\ fsutil resource setautoreset true ipconfig /flushdns PAUSE Then, click file menu, "Save As", save it as netfix.bat and then right click your .bat file where you saved it, "Run as Administrator" and restart your PC.

[REL] Cinema Experience 2.0 [Updated 13th January 2017]
Dutchman101 replied to Tails's topic in Resources
@Tails @loki2143 maybe you can ship/integrate my anti-vehicle zone script within cinema experience (i'd allow that), so vehicles will not be able to get spawned inside and bloat the spaces of cinema? https://community.multitheftauto.com/index.php?p=resources&s=details&id=12240 Working coordinates for the cinema are: {x = -1967.83, y = 400, z = -3.49, width = 64.00, depth = 144.42, height = 32.88}, (to be defined at the beginning of .lua) -
Prank online players on your server by showing them a BSOD (blue screen) and let them believe their PC has crashed while they are playing MTA. https://community.multitheftauto.com/index.php?p=resources&s=details&id=13748 use: /bsod PlayerName (exact) After 5 seconds the bluescreen and error sound disappears and everything is back normal. (hud elements and chat etc that are hidden to make the bluescreen look real will also return) 2 sound effects are incuded: buzzing sound loop (like can happen with Windows 7, 8, 10 bluescreens) and Windows XP error beep. Win7+ BSOD sound: bs1.mp3 (demonstration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TDOolCOjE30) WinXP BSOD beep: bs2.mp3 (demonstration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdOuIJLHBEs) If you want to change the effect from default buzzing sound to the XP beep, change in client.lua the .mp3 filename to bs2.mp3 behind ''playSound''

Multi Theft Auto: San Andreas 1.5.3 is almost ready, but needs more testing
Dutchman101 replied to jhxp's topic in News
Btw guys until 1.5.3 nightly r10501 (underway) or higher builds, internal resource .db's won't work due to a bug preventing dbConnect ( https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/DbConnect ) to function. So basicly anyone testing their server with 1.5.3 was until now unable to let their resources using sql work correctly. So if anyone here came across resource/script bugs stemming from internal databases not creating or saving as they should, fix is done. Multi Theft Auto: San Andreas 1.5.3 is almost ready, but needs more testing
Dutchman101 replied to jhxp's topic in News
Concurrent, yes. (so the total of unique players per day is much higher) At most western timezone common times. For people where it's daytime and for us midnight 6AM, it can be a different outlook. Although there's always people like Ahmed who argue its not worth ''updating'' MTA on each version announcement (falsely, because MTA is in the Top 5 of global multiplayer games and by playercounts even outraces major game titles. I would advise Ahmed to read this before saying such a thing: https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2016/09/15/why-a-million-people-still-play-multiplayer-grand-theft-auto-san-andreas-every-month/- 37 replies

Multi Theft Auto: San Andreas 1.5.3 is almost ready, but needs more testing
Dutchman101 replied to jhxp's topic in News
I have determined that 1.5.3 breaks some scripts. Already sent a notice with info out to ccw. Theoretically this can be the case in more scenarios, scripts wont always function. An earlier build last week had also a script bug but it was fixed without clear commit which did so (likely in net) but new ones popped up.- 37 replies

Found a few problems/bugs, for example you cannot edit own OLD posts or topics, I cannot find any edit button. Only new posts/topics have the Edit button present. Integration problem? Also older posts with [.code] tags, or (not sure) even new ones, have bugged out and display in awkward, inconvenient way the code contained, such as for example this topic: https://forum.multitheftauto.com/topic/88558-debug-tool-vehicle-origins-scenario-code/ (lost its layout and all stretched horizontally) @jhxp

The .reg contents are made for the installer filename mtasa-1.5.2.exe, make sure you use the installer from https://mtasa.com > Download, or rename the installer you're using to mtasa-1.5.2.exe. For example, ccw provided you experimental installers to see if it solved your problem (using links) so I think you got a different filename that leads to the C:/dumps folder not existing because its not working on the original installer filename ccw provided for TL;DR - just get an installer from mtasa.com (official) and let it crash to get the dump, or rename the one you're using to mtasa-1.5.2.exe

I made a mistake with spacing/tabbing in the selected text. Add this into the .reg file: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps\mtasa-1.5.2.exe] "DumpCount"=dword:00000002 "DumpFolder"=hex(2):63,00,3a,00,5c,00,64,00,75,00,6d,00,70,00,73,00,00,00 "DumpType"=dword:00000001

No-one can do anything with this generic description so if you don't give more details you likely wont get help here and it remains unanswered. I would say, just don't run that resource unless it integrates with others/other scripts are dependent on it running. If you don't run the web register script in mtaserver.conf startup or wont start it, do bugs appear / will your server still be playable as it was without any issues? But I need more information to give accurate answers.
