The difference is that many of these cheats are NOT bugs. Flying cars is a known trainer, the health trainer is well known... Chances are that these things are legit (though unenforceable).

No, the mini-gun isn't in MTA. And yes, the cheat protection isn't that difficult to break, however it keeps most people from using most trainers with MTA.

Perhaps just change their nametag to a different color (orange is my suggestion), and make the health bar white, to show that the person is alt-tabbed.
