A rocket in VC can go from the height limit of a heli to the ground in less than a second. You can't outrun or dodge it.

The problem is the limitation of the VC engine... Adding all those peds would require modifying the stack space, which is illegal unforutunately. Though it may be possible in a 2 player game, where not as many peds would be required...

Well, ASE chooses the server flag thingies by IP address. There's probably something you can set in ASE to change that, or head to their forums... Maybe ASE thinks your IP is american Or maybe your ISP is american. Or maybe you have an american proxy... etc.

Lock/Delete topics, but at least answer his question What you have to do is replace your american.gxt with your italian.gxt. Just re-name it to american.gxt. The game should work then.

There are very few servers for GTA3:MTA unfortunately, and few players too. Those dots near the mafia spawn that seem to be in a building are supposed to be there... They're just a work-around.
