Your vid card/computer probably just is having trouble with MTA... It's quite a bit more intensive than VC single player. What are your computer's specs?

The xbox version is so completely different from the PS2 and PC versions that it'd be near impossible to do it. Even if they do get it running, few people would use it, they'd have to get by copy protection, and slow the creation of MTA for the PC. None of those are good things.

It is possible to get into a swat van/ambulance/securivan etc. You just have to stand at the back wheel to have it work properly (it's a bit hard to find the exact spot, but it's there).

No, the problem with colored names is that it probably causes the config.cfg to be cleared, requiring a re-install. Yes, it is a bug in MTA that allows you to use colors... You were never meant to be able to use them.
