Wouldnt be possible since MTA:MA doesnt touch any of the mta/vc files so it cant increase your speed or give you hp.

Remember the Blue core has been redone a couple of times so thats not what it will look like. You can see the GUI pics in one of the blog posts.

Well thats what I was trying to do, but the more ingame pictures (only way to really get a mp aspect)I looked at the more I realized that the final resulting image wouldnt look great since my pc specs arent that great to capture a good mp screenshot.
