1. No there is no map that has all three islands in one. They split them up like that because thats what the people wanted and it would be too big of an area to play in. Meaning people would be too far spread out and there wouldnt be much action. 2. I believe thats because the GTA3 engine cant handle that much so it starts to do freaky things, like the neon color cars and the disco like sky.

They do not give out release dates for it, simply because they dont know when it will be done.

You need to reinstall Vice City in order to play MTA, it requires that you run on a completely unmodded install. So that means no car mods what so ever

Make sure you do not have any mods installed in the same VC directory, such as different car models, edited handling files/weapon files.

They dont know when its going to be completed and havent given a date as to when they hope it will be done. Once its released you can download it from the website. They will probably put links on the main page to direct you to the actually download links. If your refering to the different characters, i believe there are different models you can play as.

Just because he has a high ping doesnt mean he needs a better connection. Jelloboy, try finding servers that are closer to you to help with the ping problem
