Yeah, I'd be happy with that, as long as you make it clear (e.g. by a message box) what's happened.

Yeah, I think it's a bit too sensitive. I never have any problems with it though as I always close all unnecessary apps in order to boost performance.

I think it's increasingly likely that they will release an update. I doubt the remote admin utility will be a high priority though.

Yeah, I noticed several spelling and grammatical errors in both the client and the manual. I wasn't looking for them or anything - I just happened to notice them. I can post them if the team wants me to.

Strangely VC seems to lag more whereas GTA3 seems to lag less.

Yeah, people often don't understand the difficulty of software development. You get it working with no problems on your test machines and then it completely screws up on someone else's due to the infinite hardware and software combinations possible. Either that or you overestimate the intelligence and common sense of your target audience.

Why do people say "MTA 0.5" and then talk solely about Vice City? That's what annoys me. GTA3 rocks, yet people won't give it a chance. And if you haven't got it, it's probably cheaper to get hold of than VC. You won't regret it.

Is that Blue or a version of 0.5.x to correct some of the issues?

I love Shoreside Vale. It's just really fun to play on, whereas I don't really find VC DM fun at all, what with the glitchers and moaners. People seem to take it too seriously.

I think he means the server browser within the client. I got that once but I refreshed and it went away.

Are you sure you were banned and not kicked for suspected trainer usage?

It's a known issue.

Imagine how long a download link would last if they put it up now. They've got to sort out mirrors. Last time it took about 15-20 mins after 100% was set for a link to appear.

I think that would be pretty good if executed well. And before you criticise, it's not too dissimilar to San Andreas either.

You don't know that, Stanton. It says on the home page that it will either be released today or tomorrow. Btw, chgignez, 0.5 comes with a built-in server as well, which you would probably find easier to set up.

It's great. Vice City Tribute was good but this is a lot better. I can't wait for San Andreas Tribute.

1. Make up a nickname such as "Admin" 2. This is the password that you specified in the mtaserver.conf file. The default is adminpass. I thoroughly suggest that you change it otherwise there is no point in having a password. 3. The default admin port is 4003 I believe. 4. If you have enabled Admin+ within the mtaserver.conf file, check this box and type in your Admin+ port and Admin+ password. If not, don't check it. Edit: Btw, the MTA 0.5 server has been released and the client will be released either today or tomorrow, so you might want to upgrade to the latest version of the server when that happens.

They don't have to release it. It's not like any of us paid for it.
