There are several bugs with the server config utility. eAi said that they may release an update in the future. I would suggest that you edit the mtaserver.conf file manually in Notepad. The file has comments that tell you what to do, so it's not too difficult.

Yeah, VC runs as smoothly as a baby's behind for me but GTA3 tends to judder every so often (in both SP and MP).

Stunt is basically a "do not kill, roam" mode because no-one has weapons. They are also releasing some extra game modes with 0.5 but we don't know what they are.
