1. Obviously you need to have GTA VC installed (a clean un-modded version) 2. Download MTA here: http://www.mtavc.com/downloads.php?file_id=60 3. Install it to the default directory 4. Run ASE 5. It's pretty difficult to give justice to an animated game with still photographs. Anyway, I've never been much of a fan of preview screenshots, as concept art often displays the developer's intentions more clearly.

Also, do you have a dual processor machine? And how come it opened Outlook windows? It opened Notepad on mine.

I reckon what happened was that he was shooting at you while your game had crashed, and he thought you were using some kind of invincibility cheat, so he kicked you. He was then annoyed that you joined immediately after being kicked, so he banned you because he thought you were a cheater. The bugs in this game make it difficult to tell for sure if someone is cheating or not. Hopefully such issues will be sorted out in MTA 0.4

I think LittleTeun was taking the easy way out there. It probably does say different times, because time is currently not synced in MTA. Could you give more details, such as whether you're using a router or not?

Nope, not really. The netcode is pretty efficient, and pings of 100-150 don't make a noticeable difference. Also, I tend to find on a 64 player server that lower performance is due to the number of characters being drawn on-screen at once, and not actually due to high ping.

Yeah, it's a pretty complex game. I'd advise that you do the tutorials before stepping online, as that's the mistake that lots of people make.

I dont think this carries any spyware or virus . the guy is just a newbiew learning html codes ... so all he did was make a code to open "c:/windows/notepad.exe" ... Simple as that ... Yeah, I know, but just in case

If anyone did click on it, I'd suggest running an anti-spyware utility, just in case (e.g. Ad-aware or Spybot S&D).
