1. I have no idea whether it is better than SA-MP's or not, but it is a LOT smoother than Race's vehicle sync.
2. I'm not sure about this one, but I'd imagine that as the clients provide hit detection, there's not much that can be done about it.
Something that people seem to be confused about is that MTA:Blue is not a particular version of MTA, but the new core which works "under the hood". All future releases will be released with the Blue core, no matter which GTA game they are intended for.
Do we now control the images that people want? I just don't think that people should be flamed for making a simple suggestion. If they get treated harshly, they'll go somewhere else. That's why there are a lot of MTA-haters supporting other mods.
That wouldn't work because it wouldn't be unique. Several people could have installed Windows on the same day. Also, if they reinstall, they will be unbanned
You could do it with hardware serial numbers though.
My completely biased advice would be to wait for the new Intel Apple PowerMacs and run Windows on them. Seriously, those things are going to be way faster than anything else out there.
All of this stuff will be possible with the SDK, so you should plan it for the SDK and when MTA:SA R1 is released - who knows, maybe you can achieve 50-60% of it and then use the SDK when it's out.
