  1. I'm sure you will be able too see how many people you've killed and how many times you've been killed by looking at the usual player information (TAB). If what you mean is saving those stats and accumulate kills & deaths, that can be done easily by server scripting.
  2. Showing the map the server is running when the info is requested it's a good idea, I just hate entering in a server where they are playing pushover clones non-stop and i just want to race.
  3. I think I have been misunderstood. It's what Erock says, and no, Harry, I'm not talking about the unreleased deathmatch mod, I'm talking about the race mod. You see, the race mod has a "deathmatch" mode, that is, when the map doesn't have checkpoints and respawn is disabled, so the last player alive is declared the winner. There are some popular dm maps such as the pushover series that you can check. Now, in the server we were playing (littlewhittey's) we were about 20+ dead players, and 2 more alive, when suddenly one of them timed out. The server is supposed to declare the last player alive the winner, but it didn't, the map was still going on, and the last player had to kill himself in order to finish the map.
  4. Uh... what? I think you have posted in the wrong thread, pal.

    gta_sa.exe

You have to select the GTA folder, not the MTA folder.
  6. We were playing a deathmatch map with no respawn, there were two players left and one of them timed out. The race didn't end...
  7. Sometimes it's just impossible to check the maps of the server, because of the constant notificacion messages and people chatting. I think it would be a good idea to block the console's scrollbar by pressing the 'Scroll lock' key.
  8. Seems that there is a problem in the gui text boxes, at least for me. Sometimes i just can't write '[sPA]Johan'. When I get to write the 'a', the '[sPA]Joh' dissapears The only solution I found is to write first 'an' and then '[sPA]Joh' (Or edit myself the ini file).

  10. What the... Why the hell would I waste my time faking an image? Hell, I don't even know how to use Photoshop properly It's because the pic quality? Haven't you even bothered to try the ingame screenshot functions? Yes, it saves pics with this shitty quality. It isn't my fault, I can't change it.
  11. Even better, let the player choose which parts use to tune every car and save it in a file, something like the map editor. That way everybody can run a personalized car.
  12. I was playing the race mod in littlewithey's server, when someone uploaded a map (crazy_gangsta) and initiated a vote to switch to it. The vote succedded and all of a sudden, everybody was on-foot We could run, jump, punch eachother... we couldn't do any damage though. Someone even claymed that there were guns pickups at CJ's place. Also everything seemed perfectly synched. Here are some shots of the event: I tried to reproduce the effect modifying a map with a text editor, without succes, so I thought that maybe someone has leaked a DM's map?
  13. MTA: Blue needs a vote kick system. Some servers have a high vote percentage and on some deathmatch maps there are people that just do whatever they want, like freeroaming with bikes (almost invulnerables). Those people don't let a vote map change, so I think a vote kick feature is really needed.

  15. Just copy the VC lang files into the MTA lang folder (every lang file except the american one).
