If it happens again, go into ur GTA Vice City User Files folder and delete the file called gta_vc.set. I had the same prob, but after i deleted that file it worked fine again

Ye it is a good idea, ive messed around with some of the data and made some cool weapons, i made the flamethrowe shoot out shotgun bullets in every which way. I've made the bat look like it was hitting grenades (all i need is a baseball skin). But ive never seen how u could make bouncy grenades
