Well, they've already implied that they have. They didnt imply anything, he is saying you'll be amazed of what they did instead of using those menus (they probably wouldn't of used them anyway) or an ingame menu.

Not a lot of people play GTA3:MTA, because the current version is very buggy. Just wait till the next version comes out, a lot of people will be playing it then.

Ye it was really fun, but i think the car killing n00b rate is gonna increase rapidly with the 1 to 2 hits from a car and u die. Other than that it was fun, like watching Bump fly all over the place and the big fight at the end
