I've never said that so I have a right to criticise -
[MOD]GTATournament: online Multiplayer (GTA San Andreas)

Happens with bad server info, believe me, the hells of PW + non-default PW are overwhelming =( Yeah, if two people have the same name, it'll return to the desktop. I don't think it would have taken very long to add a message stating that there was already someone in the server with the same name as you, instead of just crashing without a word. -
Ping is the delay when communicating with the server. A high ping means that there is a long delay. Due to the way that MTA works, having a high ping will cause you to "warp" from one place to another on other people's screens because your position will be updated less frequently. This makes you difficult to kill and has caused some admins to implement high ping kicking scripts (these are not built into MTA by default). Ways to improve your ping: * Close all other applications to prevent them from hogging your internet connection or taking up CPU cycles * If you have a slow PC, your ping may reduce with an upgrade * Getting a faster internet connection * Only playing on small servers or servers that are in your country Edit: Or just playing on servers that don't have a high ping kicking script.

Well, Draco's done it again. First to release a VC client and first to release an SA client. I do think he should have waited a bit longer to iron out those bugs though. Edit: Correction: a LOT longer. -
You could always use Notepad I suppose. But don't use Frontpage. FP sites generally have loads of crap in their files that doesn't work very well with non-IE browsers (Microsoft upholding their monopoly again )

I'm not sure you'll get an overwhelming response here. It might be better to try http://www.gtaforums.com as they have a large community of modders. P.S. Moved to the Other Mods section.
-
I can't imagine them losing a lot of health in a 10 vs 1 fight with the pimp, unless they fight each other. There might be a CS-style "sit there and do nothing" death mode until the end of the round. It's not fun for people trying to learn the game though, as they'll spend most of their time sitting there doing nothing (hence why I don't play CS).

There's more demand for San Andreas at the moment, so that will obviously be a priority.

Bandwidth usage is improved in the Blue core that MTA:SA uses. They will include several mods with the release, although what these mods will be is undecided. It is unlikely that they will create a full-blown RPG mod, although members of the community may choose to do this with Blue's modding capabilities (this is likely because so many people have requested it).
-
So let me get this straight: Other players pay his hoes money, right? But they're supposed to hunt him, so if everyone's hunting the pimp, who's going to pay the hoes? What if no-one pays the hoes and the pimp has no money?

Yeah, kyeman was originally on the MTA team anyway. I don't think they would give up. Kyeman wrote that when the team consisted of just 1 or 2 people.
-
... and you think that you being pissed off will make them release it sooner? You didn't pay for it, did you? They owe you nothing. Multiplayer in GTA is a privilege, not a right.

Sorry, avatars have been disabled due to technical issues with them. When they were activated, they drastically increased the loading time of pages. P.S. Moved to the Site / Forum area.
-
They may put limits in for Blue though. Btw, bitchpacking is a glitch where you can get more players in a car than seats.

http://forum.mtavc.com/viewtopic.php?t=11870 It was a draw between C++ and mIRC.
-
Oh... I got the impression from what Aeron said ages ago that MTAMA 4 would be standalone and independent from mIRC. I may have misunderstood though.

I hope someone releases a program so that admins can adjust small things like weapons and spawn points otherwise those admins that can't program are going to be really disappointed as they won't be able to achieve what people keep telling them is possible.
-
I think they said there would be something like that, yes.
-
Each individual would have to do this on their machine.
-
Sorry, we don't offer assistance to people with illegal copies of the game. We would be happy to help if you were to purchase a legal version, but most likely the problem would disappear at that point anyway. P.S. It is possible to capture the mouse with screen capturing utilities (I believe Paint Shop Pro has this capability) but not with Windows' built-in screen capturing facilities as far as I'm aware.

Moved to Other Mods section.

Sorry, we can't offer support for warez.

Do you have a downloaded or cracked version of GTA?
