What reports the same? Are you getting the IP by going to Start > Run, typing cmd and then typing ipconfig into the command prompt window? Remember to use 127.0.0.1 or localhost as the IP when you start the MTA client on the server machine.
That's just my whole point... the games allso have a lot of music directly from the movie.
Yes but they have licensed it so they are allowed to. I think sounds would probably be ok but I don't think music would.
You can't use those either. However, I'm sure there are fan sites out there with "Star Wars-like" music that are more likely to give you permission to use it.
Update: GTA SA has now been banned in Australia (no great surprise as they have strong censorship). Hopefully the ban will be lifted when the new version comes out without Hot Coffee.
Your PC meets the minimum specs but it's not very powerful. You haven't got much RAM so try closing all other applications that are running. You could also try lowering the resolution and graphical details of the game.
Everyone on the server must be running the same mod, so if someone created a mod with flying cars, everyone could fly.
P.S. Avatars are disabled on this forum.
The 1st release will be a race mod yeah. We will work on dm once that is released.. giving u something to play while we work out the bugs with shooting etc.
So does that mean that someone couldn't create a deathmatch mod with the first release?
But no one has heard anything about it that's why they think it's
dead.
Maybe they should wait for official confirmation before making conclusions.
I'm not really sure what "general Blue news" is, as any feature of MTA:SA is a feature of Blue, but it's likely that you'll see more general news when the devblogs come online (see the latest news post).
