Hi, At first glance, this looks more like a game bug, rather than a scripting issue, therefore I've moved your thread to a better-suited section. While I believe you're showing a default skin in the image, please confirm this is indeed a non-modified skin that's not changed/added through scripting methods. Do you happen to run custom animations for shooting? Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions provided. Meanwhile, please let us know whether or not you've tried reinstalling both the game and MTA. Does this happen only in your server/the server you're playing or rather on any server? Do you have any reports from those other players that experience this issue aswell about whether this happens on any other server or not?

What do you mean by creating a host for MTA? Would you like to host a server that you own or create an organization that provides hosting for others? Hi, welcome to the forums! Unfortunately, your specs are indeed quite low-end. Since you've already tried reducing your graphics and tweaking with the settings overall (both GTA and MTA) in order to optimize your performance, I'll not go into that further. The servers you're playing can have quite an impact on your performance aswell. Badly optimized and heavy-modded servers can also take a toll on your performance, especially considering your overall specs. Other than general tweaks and eventually some optimization mods that don't intervene with MTA, your options are to either: Upgrade to a better laptop/PC (I understand this might be hard to do, I believe you would've done this already if this was viable, but nonetheless it's something to consider long-term as the preferred option); Join well-made servers that concentrate their efforts into using well-optimized scripts and are not heavily-modded (or at least they offer low-end specs player the option to toggle those modded assets).

Hi, Apologies, but I'm not exactly sure what you mean. Currently we deal with server (name) cloning via the Server List Abuse Help section, as previously stated. I'll escalate this to higher staff that might be able to provide with better information regarding your question, as three years ago things might have been different and I've no recollection of such a system like the one you have described. @Tut

Hi, While you can't technically stop anyone from using your server name and/or branding, you can however report it to the MTA team and they will take a look at the incident. There is a special section for this called Server List Abuse Help (https://forum.multitheftauto.com/forum/188-server-list-abuse-help/) with plenty of information on how to report such incidents.

Sorry, I'm not really following. Do you have a copy of GTA SA installed on your computer or not? (it doesn't matter if it's on steam or not) If not, make sure to install a legitimate copy of the game. MTA requires you to have the original game installed in order to work.
