The previous generic build was the sarge build.

The Sarge build is the most generic build we have at this moment. It also works on Etch and other distributions. If it does not work on your distribution please discribe the problem.

what areas are closed for guests? Permissions have always been set to allow guests to view topics and a quick test didn't show me any forum that is closed for them. The forums have been split into categories, one for each current release. The DP, race (which will be trunkated in the future) and 0.5, all olders ones are in the archive.

Maybe you can move a page like that to our wiki system. The edit button is intended to correct errors in a post, usually just after posting them.

found it knew it was a setting, you can only edit a post for 2 hours, after that the button is gone.

I beleive you can only edit a post a limited number of times, can't remember exactly. I'll look into it.

simple actually, we do not allow members to disable word censoring. I always assumed that the option for that would not show in the UCP when it wass disabled. I assumed wrong.

groove has the img in his sig from before the upgrade. phpBB3 looks at the image to determine if it is not too big. I'm looking into the problem, it is probably due to the strange name. --edit1-- well, the problem is not the image, the problem is not the location, the problem is not the file format, that leaves the url

I don't see LOTS of fails, only some. Only 3 fails and 2 warnings. the SPOF is normal since we only have 1 server available. But i will inform IJs of it. I have also activated all accounts made in the past days --- The mail problem has been solved we also solved the open DNS problem. The SPoF can not be solved since we only have one machine available and the mail problem is because our server does not handle our mail but it is handled by an external server.

I can say that most ppl i know that use or have used vista don't like it. It's nice at first but at a certain point they run into problems and simply want to go back to XP. Also the latest news has put SP1 back to the first half of 2009 with a beta release by the end of this year.

Well, we do our best. The old board was pretty outdated and heavily modified. That prevented us from keeping it up to date but also was a form of protection in it's own. It's gonna take some time before all features will be present again. But we will keep improving this board. Also this theme is the only one available at the moment. It is a simple edit of the original ProSilver theme for phpBB3 and has been designed to fit in with the rest of the site.

With a new forum comes a new syntax highlighter. The old geshi couldn't be imported. The new syntax is very simple: [lua]code[/lua] Oh, btw. They have told me it supports 90 languages. First one to find them all get's a cookie --edit-- if you don't see the highlighting in an old post of yours, click the edit button and just submit it again or report the post.

Basicly it's up to your own imagination. You see snow, other people see what is behind it: object manipulation. And with that you can do nice stuff that we have showed in the past. The QA team's christmas movie contained a game mode with moving haystacks. And this rocket does really fly.

The current center is a nice piece of technology but has a serious problem. In the old days some "wrong" decisions were made regarding to the database. While the decision would have been the right one when you have a powerfull server, it was putting a heavy load onto our webserver.
