http://mtavc.com/sbs.php will probably help you most. You only need to start MTAClient.exe (usually referred to as MTA), and Vice City. Not the server. Make sure that the version number in the top right of MTAClient.exe (MTA) is correct. That may fix your problem too.

one of the worst MTA errors is the one that occurs when someone quits the game while in a car. It crashes everyone on the server, and the server. Very annoying.

we probably cannot. roll back your drivers, and check out the nVIDIA site for help, since this has little/nothing to do with MTA. The slow loading textures is a common problem. Re-installing VC might help. The textures may simply have to be toyed with by a new install of VC.

Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts Make sure that yours says Computer Administrator, and not Limited Account.
