gta-vc.exe is the actual program itself. It runs, and starts up the game, loads all the files, reads the main.scm... etc.

I dunno... it just seems kinda messed up. Especially for gangs that come later to the forums (they get worse spots), and gangs that don't even go on the forums... I mean, whoever gets the better spot will find it easier to win, and if they get to keep that spot, they'll have a big handicap.

What you're supposed to select is your gta-vc.exe it should be at C:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\gta-vc.exe

Ya, in HL you could disable them if they were causing trouble too... In my experience though, every 3 servers I play on has at least one person spraying porn tags in HL/CS...
