Players who violate server rules are best reported to the server owner. If you suspect them of using cheats, it's also a good idea to let the server owners know so that they can send us a detailed report with logs and information about the player which regular players are not privy to. Such reports can be sent to Dutchman101 in forums or discord.

It sounds like you're trying to remove objects that has no collision. A picture or video of the issue might help.

There are a few converters out there, but the one that I use myself and recommend is @Patrick's map converter.
