As you are posting about a client issue, rather than reporting a sensitive issue in MTA, it has been moved into the client support forum. If you are able to include a few more details about the issue someone might know the answer to your problem.

Hi, we banned you 5 days ago for cheating and when it expired 2 days ago, it only took another 2 days for us to ban you for cheating again. It doesn't sit right with me to unban you prior to the date it's set to to expire.
The global ban had expired a day prior to your appeal - the ban you are seeing is a server or project ban. Please get in touch with their staff to assist you with the ban.
The ban you are getting is due to us detecting hardware spoofing having occured on your device at some point in time - this could have been for another game or application outside of MTA. In order for us to remove this ban you will have to reverse any changes made to your device by the spoofer, or alternatively reinstall your operating system as the message you are seeing suggests. If you'd like us to take a further look into this please provide your serial as advised above
