Perform full virus / malware scans and remove any dangerous files or files that you don't recognise. Changing your sight texture won't result in global bans, only server bans at most. ESP.HC bans are issued for cheating. Remove any cheats from your device and you should be able to play once the ban expires

We are also aware that you have been working to spoof your serial the following day, but we are happy to keep the ban at its original duration of 10 days if you cease all cheating activities.

"Trying out" cheats constitutes as cheating, and is often tied to cheat dev/QA or similar. Sorry you'll just have to wait for it to expire and continue to play as normal.

Sorry, cheating has no place in MTA and we are able to accurately identify who is and isn't cheating.
