Cheats may be rare but Cheaters are not anymore. They have made a nice comeback I would say at least 1/4th to 1/3rd of the ppl playing are using some sort of cheat that I can prove. A bunch more are being subtle and then there are ppl who pause when they are being killed. Again I want ppl to not just type in "Cheater" it is a waste of time. Say who cheated where they did it and What they did. You do not know when the admin is around. Yeah I agree and I think that the reason the Crusader or Cop seem like they are weak characters is because of the ppl who choose them mainly being noobs. When I see someone standing still firing off Cop shottyrounds behind me he is easy pickins. Same for the Crusader. But they both have weapons that will get the job done if used correctly. I will try to start using the crusader a bit more now just for the challenge. The mollies alone can bail you out of a jam. Back to my other point. Even thou it is playable and killable there is a lag difference between someone at 130 and someone at 30 that gives the higher ping person a slight advantage... This isn't the topic but it's the truth.

is that sarcasm? u cant possibly think that the m60 is better then a stubby for killing laggers. try killing bump sometime with a m60 Great Im in a chat room ok No I am not being sarcastic. There is a new type of lagger that can absorb multiple stubby shots and not get scratched. When I turn the M60 on them it drains thier health fast. You are a lagger as well and some stubby shots bounce off of you where the volume of M60 bullets have a better change of killing someone with a ping between 100 and 150. Mr.Bump has a higher ping but the same thing applies. One stubby shot will do it but It's just luck that let's that shot register. More bullets raise the odds of a hit. It is harder to hit a lagger that moves well with an M60 or a stubby especially when in my case (ping of 20 to 50 w/fast comp and vid card) just about every shot registers on me. The margin of error is slim The M60 shooter has to maintain distance or height to defeat a stubby shooter but if he knows what he is doing he will be evenly matched.

I have seen ppl who are good with the mexican do this. Whenever someone brings the M60 to the robberspawn this happens. I have frequently beaten robbers close range with the M60 (not everytime but enough to prove your theory wrong). It is true but it depends on who is controlling the robber and the mexican. Plus the M60 is far superior to the stubby when it comes to killing laggers.

If the players are talented the mex and robber are equal. It's like chess where the mexican is a bishop and the robber is a knight. They are equal depending on the situation. The bishop likes an open board with no obstructions where he owns the knight. In a close quarters crowded board the knight is far superior because of it's short reach and agility while the bishop is suffocated. Even in a close situation all the mexican has to do is run gain ground shoot and run again. The stubby cannot shoot someone running away if they have any sort of lead. If someone is zigzagging well the Mexican just has to shoot in the middle if he person is flanking the mexican just leads the runner. If he is good with moleys that is another bonus. Plus the 45 is also deadly and if the robber gets too close a well placed chainsaw will do the trick. The cop has armor and a rapid fire shotty. Anyone who is good as a robber can be really good with a Cop too. I think the sailor's M4 is useless his nades and regen are the only reasons to pick him. I only use a Sailor when there is a fight at the Cherry Popper because I know I can pick up a stubby or M60 from a dead guy.

I agree with Deathb here The jumping, that Ransom is calling a glitch that makes the robber so powerful, is a liability as far as I am concerned. I never jump when I fight and I do very well at killing ppl with the robber. When I see a person jumping I have an easier time hitting them. They may glitch a shot or not get knocked down as easy but I kill jumpers easier than I kill runners.

Deathb, Without messages like this or the one above it. Or the flameathons you wouldn't have to read that many posts to find the cheaters... But, It's a great idea so get to work and post all of the names since you thought of it I don't want to post without leaving a cheaters name... NEO with various letters in front of it was cheating last night in the party server he was kicked repeatedly and I ended up banning half the globe. If your ip starts with 200.******* your hosed on Party so give me a pm and I wll lift it. I might have already, I can't remember. I don't ban that big a range for long, just until the cheater gets tired of trying.

Like Deathb said the glitch is MTA wide I was saying that you need to say who is cheating how they are cheating and where they are cheating and there might just be an admin there to check/kick

ASE already let's you wait for a slot to open automatically. TVKE's Server Stats is great too.. So they don't need to add this right? The problem isn't ppl joining it is ppl leaving and joining rapidly. You can do this now anyway now too thou by opening other clients like you said. They might just prevent you from opening more than one client if that's possible

GTAT released the internet version .5c a few days ago or more. I haven't/won't try it because it looks like an exercise in futility. I read the bugs thread on http://www.gtat.org and it looks like a mess. A lot of the ppl that have been waiting for this think that the progress counters should be at 40% or 50% judging by the amount of bugs they have experienced. Is this just a minority opinion or has anyone else tried this and found the same thing? Has anyone actually had good gameplay for any amount of time? I won't point out the obvious comparisions. I don't want to kick someone while they are down

NO! NO healing ability for anyone! ever! i hate that. know what would be sweet though? let us (admin) edit the teams to our own liking... It would be helpful if the sailor couldn't regen health. I like that he can he is a good character once he gets a shotty and some M60 he is king, but. If noone could regen heath then any gain in health would be a cheater. As it stands I think some health cheats use or claim to use the sailor to hide the cheat.

Again with the skins? That is a glitch noone that I have seen can use a custom skin I was admining the official #1 last night and got rid of a bunch of cheaters. I was going to kick some of the ppl you are talking about too. Some ppl seem to be able to stand and shoot forever without taking a shot. Then they run and I still can't scratch them (I know how to aim). Then I am able to knock them down and my second shot takes them only to 2 bars and they shoot me. Sometimes I was able to one shot kill these same ppl so in fairness I didn't kick them The ppl I kicked (read above the spam/flameathon) are posted here and were obvious cheaters. Here is another problem... The honest people in the game when they see a cheater say this Unknown: Cheater How does this help me? Should I kick everyone but you? If you suspect somone is a cheater type in who what where. Unknown: SubZero is using a health hack at the Cherry Popper. SubZero: Bullshit your a lamer.. and so on Now if an admin is in game (which is more than you think) He can go to the cherry popper and see for himself If it's a speed hack press F12 so you can see the name and type it in the window. Unknown: SubZero is flying a firetruck or he is a speedhack... I will prolly wait for someone to confirm this but even from out of the game this is good enough to get them kicked.

In other news (HMC)den is 100% a cheater and the good and obvious flash running kind. Also i saw a hunter look like it was driving and it looked like it hit a ramp and jumped a bridge, later the same guy i think... flew away in the chopper. I didn't kick him because he could have just been flying it close to the ground. This is definately inconsistant with someone changing a car to a heli to blade ppl, right?
