umm what poll? Wow quite a lengthy post there. Most of what you are requesting is undoable at the moment because this is a client side game. Quake3 is server side so the server is the final judge but in MTA every computer is it's own judge. If you pause you are invincible ect... Other things are undoable because some things that the program does in singleplayer are not possible for Tommy to do in single player therefore not possible in multiplayer. (pickup truck and sunroof idea that is) a good example is how ppl are getting on and off buses in single player. Those models are spawned as they get off and destroyed as they get on the bus. There isn't a way to get a player to ride on a bus because it wasn't possible in Single Player. This was funny... thanks

I attack everyone and the Racer while not a very powerful character at the start can pick up any weapon and is a combatant. If there wasn't a stunt side this would be a source of arguments but as it stands mainly new ppl pick the racer and they attack with thier weapons too. I was sure the racer would change or go away in the next version. I was saying that having stubby toting players at the stadium would be interesting. I think the characters as they stand are unbalanced but I don't think that is an issue since you are not forced to be any one character. You are free to choose whoever you want. Good players can pick any character and still kill ppl. Once they kill the first one they have new weapons

That was actually a great example of what happens in the game and very ironic that it should happen in a thread with the title this one has If laggers hang mainly in low number servers like the Official 10 player that Utopia frequents then this is a win win. I have seen Lara C. in Party 24 player and it's not just a little laggy it's JasonVorhees/Robocop/Terminator style. Occasionally you can one shot or two shot someone like that but I eventually just leave them alone and kill other ppl. While laggyness may be the motivation of bad manners it isn't the cause of it. There are bad laggers who are still polite and understand that they have issues. One big problem is that some cheaters appear to be laggers when they don't take damage, so real laggers are accused of cheating a lot.

Xenex's idea is incredible... Can you imagine if the racer had stubby shotguns at the stadium? Spawnwars wouldn't suck you have the rings to run in and the whole outside of the stadium plus a shitload of cars. That would be very good

Yeah that and the lack of ppl in the screen is suspect but I am sure noone would ever post evidence of cheating on this forum... !sarcasm off There is a noncheater explaination for all of this and no real evidence that he was in MTA but it is a shade suspect since it's the racer skin

I would doubt what they say if you can give me one example of something that was promised and not delivered You are thinking of someone else... Well, looks like we can crouch behind stuff for now without fear of being flanked. nice *looks at the bright side* I do think the new version .4 isn't too long off but I have zero, zippy, zilch, nada, goose egg to base that opinion on. Like I said just a hunch. I am not so concearned about the .4 core because we will have plenty of improvements to enjoy while we wait. Besides the game as it is... is extremely playable the people who say it isn't are playing it everyday. It's a shame that thier isn't going to be an ahole patch that prevents ppl from complaining in game but I hear that's going onto the 1.0 version.
