It only lets you vote once and it only allows one vote at a time already. It gives you a message like the teams one when you try to join both teams. you can change the percent of the players that are needed as well. The problem is that some ppl keep starting new votekicks again and again after the other one ends. We did just vote him off but nothing stops them from coming back, when no admin is around

Both can and have happened and the reason it's not run on the PartyServer is because it is abused The same person keeps votekicking again and again but I have seen it work when you have a good group of regulars and only a few cheats. Make sure you make your case and get support for the kick ahead of time and get them to vote and it will work fine It's up to MrBump to weight the benefits against the problems and decide. I assume he has already done this and you can guess the result. I hope that !stats has a chance thou

I don't know if it was confirmed that this is the same Brian... Wheelman was killing him a bunch in a chainsaw battle that is why I said he was clean. We talked about it in TeamSpeak. Pausing is cheating but he should have been kicked first as a warning and then banned I don't know what happened and Brian is more interested in being a lamer than solving his problem so F'him If he was a different guy then this doesn't apply but it does show you that ppl aren't banned willy nilly we discussed this in detail and decided against the ban and later I guess it was decided that he was too fishy. If you are banned by mistake you have a recourse in here and irc but don't have this guy's attitude I agree with you on the Utopia point, any person who abuses admin in the official will lose the power when MrBump finds out about it... (IF you pissed of MrBump that is another story and your own fault ) edit: This is that guy for sure

What server were you on? when? Who was cheating? What were they doing? Did you try to report them in #mta in mIRC? If they do turn the votekick on I hope they also include !stats

I watched this movie finally I thought it was well done but a tad long These movies remind me of the silent movies... Great idea very original and I liked it I have a great idea for another video but not the talent to make it Why not take a good movie and play it out in VC with the soundtrack going. Like the Matix video but do HEAT (not the one with Burt Reynolds the one with Pacino/Deniro) or another good action movie Obviously just scenes not the whole movie I look forward to seeing part II good job kfg

lol I couldn't disagree more. I admin the official servers and I often play under assumed names (btw every name you know me by is fake ) If you see someone cheating or suspect them of cheating report it in the chat. But don't say Cheater wrong Say Ermac/healthhack/Cherrypopper Name/suspected cheat/location Work it into a sentence of you like Ermac nice healthhack at the Cherrypopper you lamer... If Ermac is an admin, which he very well may be, you will not be kicked for that, I might respond "No I am not" or I might even chime in with the admin voice You are not supposed to curse on a the servers or flame ppl too much but if the script doesn't catch it I am not kicking for that. Now if you accused the admin of cheating and he wasn't then you need to reasses what you consider a cheater because you were wrong but you will not be kicked for the accusation. One thing I agree with is that you never know when an admin is around. That is to keep the server cheat free because noone speeds past a cop, to use Utopia's analogy. If you were kicked in error or you think you were punished for being so friggin good then post when you were on and give details. Not flaming the host of the server for something he doesn't know about...

What is your name in the game and when were you banned? Noone bans you from an official server because of your scary talent, it could be a mistake or you cheated/paused. So give some details. If your name is "Brian" in the game I saw you last night and you are super laggy and sometimes you die easy other times you seem like you cheat. We discussed it and decided not to ban you. I was Ermac. I If that isn't you then post some details instead of laming

will they add a new gamemode called Everyone head strait for that really obvious blip on the radar? That sounds fun too, As is stands Manhunt should be named Everyone ignore the script and continue to kill each other

Another thing about Perfect Dark was you could make ppl dizzy with darts and punching them. It would take some time for your screen to unblur. Plus you could steal weapons right out of ppl's hands. I would love a game with these features on PC Can you imagine in a stubby fight and you steal someones stubby and shoot them with it? Or you smack them around and leave them dizzy?

After I posted that I realized that the train moving was all cut scenes anyway. But the rails will be another way to sneak by ppl in the game and a good place to fight

Ah crap... I do have a negative thought that I just realized Everyone get ready for 100+ LC?? Gangs Sorry for the big map but that island is screaming for Multiplayer If there are 4 options then that will bring a lot of variety to this game and the action will be condensed a little bit more. Absolutley, It's never cheap but it is sad if you must make that trip in order to kill, but once that is dropped then why not I haven't been picking it up because it goes thru too much ammo, the stubby gets the job done Sorry, off topic

A bunch of ppl were in the KFC private (pass=kfcpwnu) with this page open just trying to find these holes and glitches... It was funny eventually it became a fight... you can't get that many ppl in one area without someone shooting

Yeah without map blips you would really feel how big the map is. As is it it's hard to hunt ppl down when they want to be alone without the Map it would be unplayable unless we has many more ppl and a smaller map

If you can't move between islands and VC remains mainly the same then a server could be running one of 4 different MTA 0.4 Servers. One for each Island in GTA3 and a fourth if you want to play in ViceCity. That's what I gathered at least.
