    It's not a RP, they use RP for the server name but it's not a roleplay just a rpg. Try it out.

    Since configurations are stored in the hard disk, so I'd say it's not necessary to recompile it.

    Well you don't need to make use of the setup executable, just use an installed version of MTA and if it doesn't find the GTA SA directory you've got to choose it in a window that pops up.
