we discussed something like that in the mod forum, we thought about adding a new forum section for servers, than everyone could just post their problems into the topic of the releated server and we wouldnt have dozends of threads in "general vc", "general mta" and "general" then server admins could post replys their email or make polls and discussions for eventual server changes....

it isnt down, i have access for those questions just pm bloodymess13 or check his profile for msn or something

well, before you ask you should know the server and actually theres not much hope to post it here since none of the admins go and search the forums to find innocent ppl like you to lift the ban

Chewd: if you want to make new models i would suggest zmodeler, its really easy to learn but also pretty time consuming check my reply for a zmod tutorial, just go thru it and you should be able to do anything you want (exept some gta engine releated stuff since the car in the tut is for nfs) and umm.. 0.90 is as easy as connecting to a server you got all in sight and even textures

hmm there were many signs of mp in gta3 and vc for example the code mta found but then still made their own.. i never saw a functional mp menu but i saw some background images e.g a server window....just check the txd's in your models folder, cant remeber where it was
