Well, after a few days of practice and reading Black_Dragon's dodo guide, I can finally fly it Took a few people for a ride today who had never been in a dodo before or seen ghost town. yes u can code a char selection for gta3 as ggm have done.... But the thing is, they can't display text on the char select unless they get out of the movie mode (with the bars at top/bottom)

Yep, theres no way a program can make your modem faster (unless its a cable modem and you uncap it). If it says its downloading more, its because of windows. Windows notices that you are downloading something, so it shows the download rate higher until it can catch up to where you have downloaded.

Try changing the bracket at the top-right of the client to 1.1 or if its on 1.1, change it to 1.0.

They removed the stadium stuff as no one barely ever used it. That freed up about 10 cars to be added around Vice City.

Because everyone wants to play the game with more crashes. Actually, they want bikes and helicopters, but I could care less for them. GTAIII is a lot better. It's an actual city to play in, it's really fun.
