Then does MTA work on Win8 ? As far as I can tell, all users trying to play MTA:SA on Windows 8 have been getting some "audio device not found" issue, which seems to be uncorrectable at this time. It is likely due to a driver issue.

Windows 8 includes .NET Framework already, and I don't believe MTA requires it. We are not going to expend any effort toward getting MTA:SA to work on Windows 8 at this time. Wait until it's RTM.

All of the drivers installed properly. Please try downloading MTA:SA 1.1.1 from the main page, it was just released.

It is likely an incompatibility with audio drivers (do you really think every audio codec manufacturer has already created and tested new drivers for Windows 8 that enable full operation?) or some new component of the audio subsystems that is tripping MTA up. I'm sure this will be resolved one way or another before Windows 8's RTM release, don't worry.
