Your location is "AUS"...did you buy GTA in Australia? If so, the exe won't be compatible with MTA because your government is gay and Rockstar had to make a special exe for your country. If you can get the American exe and use that instead, it will work.

You can find GTA3 1.1 patch here: http://home.deds.nl/~aeron/gta3/gta3.rar Just extract the RAR file and place the gta3.exe in the Rockstar Games\GTAIII\gta3.exe with the one from the RAR and run the game as normal.

Why do you need a Server Patch if you're not runinng a server? Try getting the GTA:VC 1.1 executable, you'll probably find it on Google.

You need mIRC for MTAmA, which is like the admin tool you get with the MTA server but a LOT better and you load scripts and stuff with it to do commands such as !sun and !kick.

Why would you want to have trainers on your server anyway? Invincibility is boring.

1) You can't get those !sun commands etc without using MTAmA. 2) You do not need to set up an IRC server to use MTAmA.

Hmm strange never heard anything like that before usually a server is down either due to hardware failure or internet issues. Thats new. It's because some antivirus programs see MTA as a virus and quarrantine the exe, this means it's still there but nothing can access it. You probably need to uninstall your antivirus program.
