Go to MTA and get that version of MTA and make a new Vice City folder for it separate from your current ones You can go back and forth between versions no problem I have versions .2.2 , 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5 and I hop back and forth all the time... IP in my sig for 0.3 I think you will find it's a case of greener grass and the current version needs some help but it's still playable. Hopefully, and on topic lol, the next version makes ppl stop missing the old ones
