Proofs, or it didn't happen.

That's true. People in Europe get their ass capped all the time, just like us. When will people learn that living in America is not like living in a shoot'em up western movie. You make it seem like everyone and everything has some kindof weapon mounted to it here in America. Try living here (and I mean living here for awhile, not some Tourist thing for six months) and you'll see that it's not how you think. Also, carrying weapons for self defense IS a good idea, because how will you defend yourself against thugs who obtain their weapons ILLEGALLY? And don't tell me crap about banning all weapons to slow down the illegal obtaining of weapons. Banning all weapons would be impossible, and would create a black market as alcohol did during times of prohibition, which would stimulate illegal gun smuggling. Anyways, people who are given complete background checks and sent through gun training should be allowed to safely carry weapons to protect themselves and their families. Usually when people get a concealed weapon, its a pistol. Not machine guns or rocket launchers, remember, this is not a movie, people are just trying to stay safe, not save the world from mutant aliens from space. I hope you don't think the GTA series is a completely accurate depiction of America, because if it was I could just shout "HESOYAM" and I would suddenly have a bullet proof vest, better health, and lots of money. That's not real now is it?

"General" & "Third party GTA mods" are restricted for guests. bump. umm, didn't anyone else notice this?

Well we've discussed it before. I for one support it, for street racing and RPG and such. After some discussion we realized that it might take up more bandwidth than its worth. I suggested having all traffic lights be the same color, across the entire map, thus saving bandwidth. Another idea was just shutting them off altogether, to prevent confusion. Anyways yeah if someone can make a low bandwidth script that'd be just super

See, this is why I don't use steam. I would rather just buy a hammer and smash the bejesus out of my computer. Same difference.

hahaha, that program is great for laughs. Surprisingly, even though it can't hold a conversation worth a damn, you can tell it stuff and it will remember. Next time it starts talking to you just ignore its sorry ass and say " my keys are in my pocket " then, later, ask it " where are my keys? ". It will respond " your keys are in your pocket " . Then tell it to fuck off and mind its own damn business.

omfg we're gonna get shot. Next time you see a bus driving on grove street in MTA, just walk it.

Yes, that does qualify as a university. I thought you were making it all up. Can we get back on topic now? Happens all the time unfortunately.
-
A dumpster is not a university. I think you got the two terms mixed up. You see, a university is an establishment that teaches its students about things. A dumpster on the other hand, is a container in which garbage is placed. That does make a lot of sense, you being garbage an' all. However, this doesn't permit you to call it a university. Please use a dictionary. They're easily available in this day and age, why, you can even find them online! (By the way, if you were proud of the university you were attending, you would have at least mentioned its name. That's right, dumpsters don't have special names, they're just called dumpsters. Nevermind.)
-
hahaha, ok noob, whatever university you're studying at I would ask for my tuition money back because their doing a piss-poor job teaching you anything (especially in the English department, and maybe in the Special Ed department too?) Anyways, it seems that you missed the fact that the first picture Phillip was presenting was only a prediction of what could happen if laws aren't passed to ensure freedom of information for everyone on the internet. Since you thought it was just some kindof joke poster that someone posted on 4chan or something, I can see why you are confused about this whole thread in general.

First, check your spelling. Is Google taken down everyday? How about MSN? Is Wikipedia? Use some common sense and realize that some sites are here to stay, and that even if their URL changed, the site's name and concept will remain the same. When ISPs allow you to only veiw certain cites, they don't do it based on their current URL, they do it based on their SERVICEs that the site provides. So if a site changes its URL, the ISP will follow the new URL, which will bring you back to the same services you were paying for in the first place. Grow a fucking brain dumbass.
