lol I never said "I don't deal with ATI cards because I loooove Nvidia." It's all the same, ATI or Nvidia. Which is better, Athlon or Pentium? lol. Actually I prefer ATI or Nvidia. It seems ATI is more stable. Although I have seen complaints about ATI's burning up for no reason, performing poorly, etc. I have seen the same for Nvidia. I've seen praises and complaints, for both the same reasons, on BOTH brands of cards. It's all personal preference. Although you can't agrue that a GeForce 2 can outplay a Radeon 9800XT... ---- I played Far Cry online for about 2 hours.. It's too slow-paced. I'm more of a TMG Railwarz Quake II man msyelf. So fast paced, if you're prone to seizures, then you can't play...

I don't deal with the ATI cards.. It's all the same. 9600 ATI = GeForce 5600 Ultra. 9800 = GeForce 5900+ btw, Far Cry is designed to run on anything over 2.5 ghz... I doubt having any specific brand makes a differnece (AMD or Pentium, ATI or Nvidia..) As for the online play.. It's kinda blocky.. Reminds me of Halo: It's too slow and dull for anyone to claim to be the best.

Maybe your internet isn't working. (lol) Or maybe the server you're connecting to is down. Did you try a bunch of different servers?

Well, the only thing I like about Vice City (scenery-wise) is the fact that it's a lot smoother than GTA 3. The animations in GTA 3 were a little blocky, as well as the textures.

lol! I remember all the "I hate steam" gifs I see. Bashing the upgrader ebcause it takes forever.. I can't recall where to find it, but it's hysterical. It's shit like "Go make a sandwich", "grow old", etc. Good stuff.. btw,I gave up on Half-Life and all their silly "we want more $$$" mods a long time ago.

No one should be allowed to play Vice City without first playing GTA 3. That's just the way it works... lol... Because now that you've played Vice, when you get your first experience on GTA 3 you're going to think "Wow, this sucks."

And because you're so skilled in guessing the obvious city names, we're supposed to drop to our knees and bow to you... You're not the only one in the world who could have guessed the names... Many of us have been here since GTA 1 such a long time ago. Since the city in GTA3 was called Liberty City, that's when I caught on to the trend. Saying the next GTA will be called GTA 4 is just a guess, not even really an educated guess.

People are pumping out scrips all the time, as far as I can tell. Who says you need a script for a game mode? We have invented several game modes, no script for them, but we all cooperate and it turns out great.

When two people shoot each other with uzi's, the other guy is being hit on your side and in turn: Never fires a shot because his character is too busy getting hit. That's why, when you reload, you start to take damage. You stop shooting, allowing your opponent to actually get some shots in. Not really a "bug" per say, just the game.

I'm up for 360 degree aiming... Halo Style!... (If you've played Halo, then you know what the passenger does.) Good stuff, but it seems hard to impliment...

I was more or less exaggerating that people can never get that sort of thing right. If someone wants the name "KiLLeR", then "killer" isn't the same thing...
