Although I don't support Michael Moore (Is that the fat guy's name?)... They play violent games and watch violent movies in other foreign countries and only have a few hundred gun kills a year. In the United States we have 11,000 a year... It's NOT the violent games. It's just we all grew up being afraid of each other. It's because we're a melting pot. My IP has been changed after some router swapping I did lately. We'll see how long I last this time. By the way, I played there under an alias for 10 minutes and I was already the cheater of the server. Man, thank God none of those appointed admins were around. You should make a list of all your admins that way I know when to not play on the server...

What about people registered in October, and are just now posting a lot? The only reason mine went up is because I registered in April... If you registered way back then and are just now doing it, your PPD would be like 4 or 5.

Get in the car and switch to Cinema Camera. That picture looks like it's been cropped... You can't see the radar, etc, because it was all cut out of the picture.

Actually I think he was asking more along the lines of "How does someone find the server?" Well, hopefully they find it in ASE... I've already hosted on several occasions and it never shows up in ASE. (Yes I "Register the Server with All-Seeing Eye.") You don't have to worry about that. If you just start the server, any clients that see it on All-Seeing Eye will automatically get the 69.192.5.169 IP.. (<--- That is your actual Internet IP)

That's almost what I was referring to... I saw that in 'action' the other day. Shame though, if you come into the server and don't know about the 1 on 1'ers and kill one of them.. kick.

Actually, the best way is to simply copy your "clean" copy of Vice City to a new location... So you'll have two installations of Vice City. Don't mod the one you play MTA with, but mod the 2nd Vice City all you want!

When someone joins they will join with 69.192.5.169. That 192 one is your LAN IP that your router assigns to your PC...

It's not worth cracking an MTA client and risking being busted just for a simple car mod... Some lame car mods modify speeds, and also the car size itself, can conflict with what other MTA users see... For example, other users still see a regular cheetah but you may see a Viper or something. I've already seen it happen a few times... It seems like the cars bounce (like hydraulics) when they have custom cars...

Yeah I went ahead and downloaded it already from the link... Never knew when I might get bored in single player and what not. (Plus, I figured you'd remove it. Might as well make the best of it while it's there, imo..)
