what happens if u bind the key to do something else?...like in the GTAVC folder there is a file that binds keys, what if u set bind key esc to change camera?

i found that Colorcodes dont work for Linux servers...maybe im wrong? but in my comp hosted windows servers, i see blue/green/orange/red names ect ect, but in bigger(linux) servers i see them but noone else does, and yes in windows server EVERYONE sees the blue red, whatever stuff, just asking if im wrong, is it linux servers, or somthing else?
