so, you've got adobe acrobat reader? you should be able to just save it on your desktop and open it... You can always run acrobat reader, then go: file -> open...

hahaha! The admin console wasn't done by the MTA team anyways though... The person who made the GTA3 admin console is probably working on the VC one... Maybe you can find something on google.

are the stale servers ONLY for MTA, or have you tried other games? It's probably just that MTA has more stale servers than other games.

I can't really see them doing it... few people would really use it anyway, and since it's easier to do it on PC, they'll probably just stick with PC.

I'm gonna have to remind you both that 15,000 posts is a little much to wade through, especially when you're new.. They should use the search function, sure, but just remember that they're searching 15,000 posts they've never seen before

oh. okay then. not a rip-off.. The one thing that I was dissapointed with in GTA3, was the shooting-out-of-cars... You can't aim! you can only shoot out the side... sure, it auto-aims for you, but still....

on the lines of chat spamming: just make it so that the person can only hit enter (or whatever the send message button would be) 3 times every 30 seconds or so. This is what BF1942 did, and it worked out well... if you hit any of the voice buttons too many times too quickly, it disabled your chat and your voice for a certain amount of time.

no. it's not. there is only the dedicated server so far. you can join the server from your own machine though... just type in your own IP into MTA
