you thought GTA2 was better than GTA3? *sigh*... I just don't understand some people... Oh, yes, this thing is going off-topic... You can't open saved games while in MTA mode.

when you join the server, YOU become one of those people on the roof. Then, you're magically transported over to the team-choosing roof.

did you remember to start GTA3?

it's possible... it involves changing the actual player model (the 3D model in gta3.txd), instead of just the texture. (I once used a bender [from futurama] model )

ya.... I mean, there are about 20 topics on that error message... No answers, but 20 topics... Just take it that there is no certain fix. People have re-installed GTA3, which works sometimes. People have re-installed their OS, which works sometimes.
