it doesn't matter wether you start MTA or GTA3 first. If you're using launcher.exe, the ALWAYS run that before GTA3 though...

Oops... you accidentally put the INSTALLER (it's also called mta.exe) in your GTA3 folder... just put the installer somewhere else, and re-install MTA. fin.

run GTA3, click new game, new MTA game... when the credits start rolling, switch back to MTA, and hit 'send game request'. if you have any trouble: https://forum.multitheftauto.com/viewtopic.php?t=1611

If you drive up next to someone in their car, look to the right or left, and shoot out the window then THEY will shoot too (or at least the animation will run)...
