As this appears to be a client issue, your thread has been moved into a better forum section. AC #4 can mean we're kicking you for a security violation, which could be an illegal program. If restarting MTA doesn't work, then check your tasks manager to see if there's anything that shouldn't be running. Restarting your PC should also work

I have unlocked and moved this thread out of the ban appeals board if you have any further questions. The serial will remain banned, but if you do factory reset your system and review any files on it, then you can ensure you won't get banned again

Perform a factory reset of your system if you're not sure why we banned you. Make sure to backup any files that you wish to keep before doing so.

You're correct that we did kick you for using ProcessHacker, but it's totally separate from the cheating that you did moments later that resulted in a temporary ban.

To my knowledge we only kick you out of the game if you run ProcessHacker, but if you let us know your serial we can take a look to see what is going on

@Focus21rus most servers don't IP ban so connecting to VPN would probably not have made much difference. If you feel that we made a mistake here please let us know your MTA serial so this can get checked for accuracy

I have moved your duplicate appeal into the existing one. As said before please create only 1 appeal, creating multiple does not speed up the response time

@MegaBiBa if this is still an issue please post a new appeal containing your MTA serial. Play MTA, press F8 and type serial
