Just maybe if KFC hadn't posted all of our tactics that Michael gave you (and probably willingly accepted) in public, none of this ever would have happened. You can thank yourselves for starting this, and us for ending it, even if it was in a way that harmed you....

None of you understand the current situation at all. KFC started this whole thing by posting an out of context bit of our defense round tactics in their thread, while trying to incriminate us by saying that we "use glitches as the backbone of our defense." Let me say now that that is utter bullshit; we never use the molotov/grenade glitch unless it is allowed in the match. Therefore, we are not hypocrites - if anything, KFC is by trying to prove that we are! So, I post up UtopiA's precious guide to glitching the stubby in their thread, and it gets locked. KFC follows this up by posting our whole defense round (for the construction site) and attack round (for the El Swanko Casa) tactics in their forums. By then, I was pissed because I spent quite a while typing up those guides up specifically for ULK and no one else, so I zipped up my whole collection of archived posts claimed from their private forum and put it up for download. Don't ask me how we got these, by the way. Maybe you should ask KFC how they got their hands on our private tactics? Do you honestly expect us to stand there and just take the hits? Honestly, we believed that combating the lameness was the only way. You can thank KFC for starting all of this in the first place, though. If you still don't want to maintain an alliance with ULK with something that doesn't even concern you (no offense), Oli, then that's fine. Your loss...

I obviously prefer the smaller servers (usually 12 players or less), because my ping begins to spike and my FPS drops in larger servers, especially during spawn wars. Oh... the joys of a 56k connection. Larger servers mostly consist of huge spawn wars anyway, which can get repetitive (especially for me because half of my shots never even register). At least in the smaller servers the spawn wars are less intense, but from what I've seen, a lot organized gameplay usually happens there if you're playing with cooperative people, which can be more fun at times. Larger servers = laggy and lots of spawn wars. Smaller servers = not as laggy and mainly organized gameplay.

Who cares if we call it "official" or "unofficial"? Your opinions are evidently different on that, anyway. We believe that wars fought in the ladder are official, and everything else is unofficial. At least we actually put all of our wars there instead of leaving some of them out (KFC)... Anyway, regardless if KFC was still new and not many people were around or not, I believe that our record is either 3-1 or 2-1; anyway, we're still ahead, whether you'd like to count our wars from way back or not... I'm going to go ahead and rephrase the [ Unofficial ] bracket, though, because I highly doubt a ladder will ever be going again.

And why doesn't KFC have the three other wars we had a few months back (which we won) listed in their OFFICIAL area? Oh wait, let me answer for you:

Nothing's wrong with honorary members in my mind. It's been a long tradition in MTA, and up until now, I thought it was generally accepted among the community... Honorary members in ULK (there's only seven at the moment) aren't treated exactly like full members. Their access level is lower in our channel on IRC, they can't view all of our private forums, and generally don't participate in many of our matches, unless asked. And about the war with KFC, that match was corrupt in every shape and form, anyway... I think that we all realize that by now. We had a solid roster, be it full members or not (doesn't make any difference to us), but apparently it wasn't enough for the superman on KFC's side.

I've ran two tests with some KFCs regarding the frame limiter. The first with Nutz in one of his servers. He had his frame limiter off, and I had my on. We both ran to the other end of the street - neither of us gained any distance ahead of the other. I turned mine off and we ran back... still a tie. The last one was with Utopia. We both found that we moved extra speedy with the stubby after we shot (that's what caused the argument a few days ago). We had to record quite a few videos of each other and toggle our frame limiters on and off... required a bit of experimenting, but we finally found out what it was. It just involved a certain 'trick' that we had been doing for quite a while. It triggered the warp in both of us - we have no idea why, but the frame limiter certainly has nothing to do with it. So I really don't know what this whole argument is revolving around. Let's put aside the fact that your FPS increases and you move smoother and supposedly faster on your screen - I have not noticed any adverse effects of the other person's frame limiter being off in any of these tests... =\

What are you trying to prove anyway... that my frame limiter is off? It's not - besides, you openly admit that you have yours off, so you're just being the dumbass hypocrite in this argument, to put it frankly. Maybe you do understand. I think I agree with Ace... it's just an ego problem. Drop it, you've only made yourself look like a fool and you're getting nowhere.

Honestly Utopia... you're getting nowhere in this argument and you haven't proved a thing yet. It doesn't have everything to do with my FPS. It's called packet spiking, as we must tell you over and over again... feel free to play me in a server where my ping is good and a server where it's not. You'll see the difference.

That video proves nothing at all. Wow, I can't move like that at 30 FPS, but maybe I can with a 500+ ping that's constantly spiking! I don't want a 39 MB video, no one wants that... I wouldn't even bother to download it with my connection. Get a reasonably sized-video that's about a minute long. That still wouldn't prove anything, though... I have seen people move as fast (if not faster)... don't try to tell me that I have a rocket up my ass when several other people (including you, Utopia) move like I do too.

You can continue to say that you saw what I did, but you have no reason to say that what I was doing was cheating, because it wasn't... just don't hold your feelings against me if you still think otherwise. You said it was an honest mistake, so I'll accept that as an apology. In case anyone wants to add anything, then we can just leave it at that. About the video... please hand it over to me already.

JonChappell: While you didn't want to take sides you did and interrupted our debate. It is BleednKuntz's thread, yes, but KFG wanted all complaints in general to go here, so it was renamed. Locking it wouldn't help... Oh and Wheelman, I'll kick you anyway because you probably warp (cheat). No problem, if KFC wants to be lame then I will too.

I guess that explains why they all warp - or should I say cheat? Oh well, I guess I should kick them whenever they enter our server now. If they have their frame limiter off then who knows what else they might be using, right Utopia?!

You are very much mistaken, Utopia. Warp ususally comes in two fashions: teleporting or extremely fast movement. I have seen other 56kers move like I do (in particular, =DA=BB or =DA=Villan). You can see for yourself...

Listen to yourselves. I've been playing since the release of 0.2 and have never even come close to cheating. I'm very anti-cheat and I think it's pointless. I helped form ULK way back in eary December - I'm part of the core... that's why I'm a council member now. Saying that I cheat is just ridiculous and I would never say that about anyone else that moves like I do. There may be something that the ones involved in this fail to realize. A 56ker with a straight 500+ ping in a 26 player server (obviously nearly full then) is NOT going to move smoothly. That was probably the cause of my warp at that time. I do not use any external programs, have my frame limiter off, or anything else that would purposely effect the way I move. You have nothing anyway but the video you have supposedly recorded (which you still haven't given me yet), and that won't even prove that I cheat. If you'd like I can make Fraps videos of the way KFCs warp, call them all cheaters, and ban them from our server just to return the favor. I'm still wondering if I should be that lame... You're all just blatantly saying that I cheat and telling me to "turn if off," when I don't cheat and I have nothing turned on at all. These statements have no reasonable backing whatsoever, and frankly, it's just a load of slander being thrown at me. If you have any proof then just hand it over already, but don't talk shit to ME when you have NOTHING to back it up with. Thanks for having my back, Opium. At least one KFC can distinguish VETERANS between CHEATERS.

Opium, I'm trying to sort out a problem regarding something I apparently did wrong at the Partyserver (), as the topic indicates. I'm not arguing. The only one being childish here is you trying to stand in the way of things. Get out if you have nothing relevant to add.

KFG: Honestly, don't let your feelings get in the way of admining your server correctly. If one of your members was playing on a server I had admin access to and they were moving like me, do you think I'd kick them and call it "cheating"? No, because frankly, I'm not that lame... and not that stupid, either. If I saw him jetpacking across the city with a minigun, then certainly, but this? Very poor excuse for a kick if you ask me - just a few words of advice. I won't be playing on your server anymore, though... no need if I'm so unwanted. You have a Fraps video on hand? PM it to me. I'd like to know exactly what you're talking about, because I have no clue how I was moving on any of your screens. All that I know is that I wasn't cheating in any shape or form...

And I said that I don't cheat period, so that defeats the purpose of your argument. Having your frame limiter off or using this infamous "speedhack program," which I have no idea about, are probably not the only ways to make you warp. Let's not forget that MTA is still beta, and anything unusual can happen.How do you expect a 56ker to move in a 20+ player server anyway? I don't have them, nor do I support or endorse them.Surely you can label me as a ULK member, but one that cheats? You're way off there... I'm just replying in my defense. Oh, I find it so nice how you throw these accusations at me with no solid proof whatsoever. I disagree with this part of your post: "I didn't make this whole debate just to get you to admit to cheating..." It's all too obvious that you are. I'm kind of lost as to what you're expecting for me to do other than take this whole thing as a compliment. I have nothing to prove, and you don't either. Your poorly pieced together evidence is lacking in this argument, and in the back of my mind, I can see that these allegations are simply nonsense. If KFC wants to label me as a cheater then they'll be alone. The rest of us will just label you as idiots that can't differentiate between cheaters and non-cheaters. Sorry to go that far, but when you call me a cheater then you can expect a response...

Maybe for once you should stick your head out of your ass and quit saying that I cheat. It's called s-k-i-l-l. Sorry if you lack it, but that doesn't justify your reason for kicking me and calling me a cheater behind my back at all. My respect for KFC has just gone down by a couple of points.
