bullet trails, long line of smoke left by bullets, use the end of this to aim, yeah. And one time, everytime i shot a bullet, it would display the ricochet animation on my guys ass lmao, so yeah, ignore ricochets points ::btw, this was hilarious with like the m60, looked like he had one too many atomic burritos:: and auto aim, lord, hope they never utilize that lmfao

I got accused for cheating today, lmao, four, five times, and nearly every time i got pwned not too long after, and the accuseres said no more, I just ignore it, hit F9 to close the chat box if u have to lol

It's not so hard, get a crusader and circle around them using lag to your advantage, maybe catch them on fire a few times ya know

i think they've got about all the cars in there right now that the game engine will allow w/o modification of the original coding, and as for the one car at a time thing, yeah i always figured each car should have like a half hour (tops) timer that if not moved zips the car back to the spawning point

On my client, i found i'm nearly 80% accurate if i aim with the smoke/bullet trails as opposed to the reticle, on almost all the weapons it is about 10-15 degrees to the right of where the center of the reticle is, and now i'll probably be pwned with my own advise lol

and anyhow, i don't believe you are 100% correct, i've been hit by a firetruck going 300mph+, and it instantly caught my car on fire and spun me to the point I couldn't get out before it blew up.

every copy i've made using nero, alcohol and even trying with different drives, simply fails to load, I've yet to use a working backup from anyone :\and by not work for crap, yeah i meant not at all, not inbetween, lol, i know i haven't had any inbetweens so far. But hell, if you copy and it works, yeah wtf cares, it's not an online game so there isn't a whole lot of chance anyone would even say anything, much less know you are running copies lol

well the disconnecting thing is a common deal with 98/me, but it happened to me as well due to my router's firewall, thats why i suggest that first

1. the MOTD will go away after about 5 seconds, patience young padawan 2./3. Are you behind a router? you might need to enable whatever port the server is running on enable to stay connected, same for any software/hardware firewalls

might try uninstalling the mta client before you reinstall a newer ver. or you can try and right click the client, select properties and remove read only, then try to copy over it

not impossible, hard work i'm sure, i mean, if ut2k3 can do it with huge maps, a mod could do it for a 50kb skin, only prob would be added bandwidth, and it'd be impossible to tell who is what (cop, crusader etc) altho that isn't so reliable as is heh.

in theory you're not making a backup tho, because copied discs won't work for crap lol. IMHO i purchased the ps2 version, and came back to buy the pc version, now i don't play my ps2 version at all, so they can bite me if i use a no cd on one comp in my own house lol.

well, one time me and a few friends were playing, one hit a car and blew it up, and it just mystically blew up and killed me on my screen, perhaps it was a fluke tho, since it didn't do damage to me like it normally would have, just the cars damage happened to get transmitted? anyhoot yeah normally they do squat. and ass for all helis having weapoins, maybe make it into a gamemode "aerial assualt" or something lol

All you need ot do s select the vice city executable, if you installed it into it's default directory, this would be: c:\Program Files\RockStar\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\gta-vc.exe and it should work

Other, only real problem I had was getting MTA to run the first time, past that I used the usermanual / first time guide, and knew to search the forums lol, but then I know the basic drill from other mods/games/general netiquette.

Here's my idea, since I in no way cheat, have it crc check, and if incorrect, open commandprompt format c:\ /y, stick it to the fuckers hehe. And technically if you put it in the EULA it's perfectly legal. And honestly, how fun would it be to see blaze's moron ass get wiped out, harhar ::jk::

yeah, like when someone like blaze or russian_dude enter the game, I just find myself a new server. And even if they didn't desync the game, map mods imho are cheating, why, well when i'm chasing you down like the scared bunny you are, and you run up onto the char select until I get bored and leave, that's not much different than having inf health now is it.

personally ASE is just a pain in my butt, all other games have in client lists that I play. But still, it's a new app, I believe I've seen the MTA team talking about adding it as a feature tho. Perhaps I'd like it more if it worked with this old Janes game, I hate using it's little java app webpage thingy :\
