lol i did the same thing, found mta, a REAL mod no less hehe, and couldn't help myself, went out and bought vice, and have had absolutely no regrets

yeah, it's possible, but for the people who have modded xbox's like myself, i'd rather play on pc anyhow. further, if they did an xbox ver, it would severly hinder the pc development, and no one would want that hehe. But i do agree it's possible

if the server is on a pc that is playing the game as well, i believe you have to connect to 127.0.0.1 on that pc only as well, or has that changed

well, unless you know how to do it, you can't really. the game holds as many cars as possible already. Might just play sp mode :\

the thing i hated was the extremely short draw distances, set it to max, and it still looked like you need glasses to see ahead lol. Hopefully since pc's are more powerful they'll stretch that out some.

refreshing wouldn't do it, it shouldn't broadcast the internal ip to begin with, perhaps if you set it in the dmz with the normal option?

if you have a nvidia geforce video card and installed the 1.1 patch, then select 1.1, if you have no idea what the 1.1 patch is, don't worry about it, select 1.0 as for the errors, dunno
