If you are slapped to death inside a vehicle you ARE dead in the same way as doing /kill inside it, as stated in the manual since 0.2:

mtama comes with a CTW script, at least mine did. And as i had it placed on the mirrors the hosted one should too

Opium much as we approve of DJGTA's work on this, if it was decided we needed something built in it would be just that, built in. The great thing with mtarc is it provides a bonus, something small but handy that you wouldnt have otherwise.

Not without a LOT of rewriting no, you have to understand half of us are squeezing as much out of the current core as we can to give people something new, while the other half works on the new core (Core 0.4) In which a lot more things will be possible.

Consider those gangs that play the rather strict 'if you crash your out' rule though Nutz, it would be very easy for someone to just not mention they had and to restart if they knew they would appear within thier HQ, not so easy to appear elsewhere and drive over, as that is much more noticable.

In single player you aren't dealing with other human controlled players and thier view, with the switch exploit the computer knows where you are and which direction you are going in, another players client doesnt. Quite simply having people dissapear and reappear at random to shoot you was unacceptable, people hopping around is fine for reasons stated above.

Says page unavailable for me. If its a crash on loading mta then ensure the game is set to run in english language and that you uninstalled any previous version of mta. and of course that you have no other gta modifications installed.

I can only see this working one of two ways, you have to connect to some central mtarc network server before going onto the gameserver, in which case how do people find it? how do they ensure they only communicate with people n the same game server as them? how do you detect if other players are also connected? Or you would have to piggyback through the MTA server, something you certainly dont have either the MTA Teams or the server admins permission to do.

It's a symptom of the gta3 freeze, the player in the cheetah freezes so the car is actually 'occupied' your client realises this when you try to enter. And as the frozen player is paused he cannot be jacked.

Update you ASE filters, i expect it only has the very old gta3mta0.3b filter, which does only have 1 or 2 servers running (everyone plays gta3mta 0.4 now )

As i said in the post right before you said that, it has nothing to do with the water, so placing it on land wont make any difference.

Server Help - Okay something's really messed up!

A server often wont show up on the hosts ASE for some reason, get someone else to check if they see it. -
I was practicing the 'AirShow' routine I'm working on tonight when Nutz hopped into the dodo for the ride. He PM'd me afterwards with a URL he had put the images up on. Thought they were worth showing, especially for those who still insist the Dodo isnt flyable! What a totally pointless and irrelevant thing to be concerned about. If the sight of a line of actors offends you then dont glitch your way in to see them.

Thats why you write an ingame admin script, so you can do things such as setting time, slap, kick, talk etc using /msg or !triggers.

We hope to reduce this in the upcoming patch, in the meantime there are two things you can try to lessen its frequency. Let the spawn menu load fully before spawning. That means allowing the camera to 'swoop' to the spawn location, letting all the textures load fully, and then hitting enter. This is especially important for Sailor and Robber careers as both are in high poly/texture areas. In extreme cases where the avbove hasn't, an alternative is to move to a different career when you die, for instance: You start the game as a Robber, when you die choose another career, Mexican for instance. When you die as a Mexican go back to Robber.
