I havn't raced much either, i tend to fly, drive into repetitive carkillers vehicles with a firetruck, and occasionally have a good gunfight (if its a safe area away from aforementioned carkillers) But your comment regarding the 168 time being pretty good spurred me on to try again. And that was with a head on collision with a vehicle outside ammunation, slowing me to 28mph. *waits for next turismo*

You guys are getting hung up on the word support, a word that wasn;t in Blokkers original post. They approve. Thats a very different thing to support which has all sorts of connotations.

The dirtring was in 0.3, the decision was made to remove the rings from 0.4 as they were rarely used in DM in comparison with other areas, and doing so freed up over 10 vehicles that could then be spread more evenly throughout the city. The rings should make a comeback in the next, proper, remake of stunt

In single player you get nothing for second place, I cant see why you should in multi. It will stay winner takes all, you just have to make sure you win

The type of 'car killer' that prompted this poll in the first place have no need for weapons, they never get out and shoot. More financially rewarding activities are planned. You can often have two turismo winners, if the time sync is bad enough at the start NOTE: The official gta3 server is set to daytime/sunny weather perm. So turismo happens every seven minutes, rather than every 24.

They should be already, sounds like you suffered a glitch, possibly time sync related. The hotspots may not have been there yet in the jackers game for instance.

I rmember you too oli, and another guy. Both 'normal' names, you used to say '1' '2' etc meaning go to SecretBaseThatWeveGivenThatNumberToFoolEVERYONE, tho of course you could only use them once I may be mistaken but i believe that build also had rudimentary passenger code. GTAIII HQ After scouting Portland for a while with Loendal and Firefox I've found our initial HQ, It's subject to change and we may end up taking somewhere else, but for now its The Sawmill. Overview. Complete with amenities. Backyard. Duelling area one. Secondary duelling area. And last but by no means least, the Batfight platform. Pay'N'Spray, a Dodo and several cars are all within a few seconds reach.

As for the whole carkill question, I'm in two minds about it. I have to admit to feeling a temptation when rocketing down a road and seeing a lone 'pedestrian' to swerve and hear that rather satisfying SQUISH, but more often thatn not i will drive on past. I don't think there is anything wrong with the occasional car kill, an oppertunistic one, but those that set out to do that, and only that, can get a little irritating when others are trying to do somethign different. I basically see it as a matter of manners, if there are 3 people enjoying a gunfight, matching thier shotgun or uzi skills against each other, i would consider it rude and disruptive to steam in with a car and spoil thier fun. In much the same way that trying to kill/jack 2 or 3 people who are plainly and clearly trying to have a dodo competition, do a stunt, search for glitches etc, would be disruptive and bad manners.] So really its all down to how you want to play, do you want to try and fit into the game and make it as much fun as possible for all the players, or do you want to do what YOU want, and to hell with everyone else. I get the feeling most persistant car killers fit into the latter category and that is why they attract such dislike.

Easy(ish) Money

After flying xenex and Trust around for a while they decided they would like to visit the lighthouse and asked for a fly-over to let them 'parachute in'. The first attempt was relatively succesfull, (for xenex anyway, Trust only had 19 health and the drop killed him ), but xenex had landed rather low down its island so we tried again. He made it and I landed in the docks and ran over to take a picture. Unfortunately it wasnt the best vantage point to do so and he was tiny. (He's the small dot at about 8 o'clock in my reticle.) Even the far closer viewpoint on the Mafia mansion rock outcrop didn't afford a very clear view.. .. so I decided to do some flyovers to get a closer look. I lost so much speed on the second fly-by that I decided to go for broke and land on the island too, at which point my Dodo parked itself in midair! But at last a clear shot of xenex. However as he'd made ME and my Dodo get stranded there he had to die. Another view of the stranded dodo: Finally, xenex got so excited about the stranded dodo he didnt pay attention, and with a slight shove as I looked the other way and whistled innocently. A lot of pics i know, but xenex for one wanted to see them. Another example of the fun that can be had that doesnt (totally) involve killing everything in sight)

VCA would like to claim the Wood Yard near the port. It adjoins the bus station that has the Dodo parked in it.

Thats a dangerous script aeron, as the driver NEVER gets the credit for the kill, an innocent player can at the moment if they were the last to damage the victim with a weapon before they got run over. Resulting in your script banning someone who didnt actually carkill. This incorrect kill award is currently fixed in the patch btw.
