At a first glance, I'd recommend you to properly install GTA to its default location as it currently looks like it's sitting in an archive within your temp folder. Also, make sure you're using a legitimate version of the game.

Hi, It's easier to perform a clean reinstall of MTA as a whole. Uninstall your current (broken) version and then perform a clean install of the latest version.

The server in question has disallowed the use of the autohotkey program. In order to join the server, you'll have to close the program. If you need to bind your keys to perform specific actions on the server(s) you're playing on, I would advise you to try and use the integrated feature of binding keys by accessing (via the main menu) the following: settings -> binds. This makes the autohotkey program not needed anymore.

Ban appeals and ban-related questions/issues are no longer being handled as of 25th January. You can read more about the changes affecting this here: We do not condone cheating in any forms. If your ban is temporary (there's an expiration date on the ban prompt) then wait for it to expire and make sure you indeed removed any cheating programs from your device. If your ban is permanent, then please read the topic I've linked above. There's nothing to debate upon so please take my (short) explanation into account and cease asking about your ban as it may attract administrative punishments like it says in the topic linked above. ?
