Hi, You forgot to include your serial. It seems your ban is a temporary one, therefore please wait those 4 days and 11 minutes and then see if you're still facing issues connecting to servers (the ban should expire by then). Obviously, remove the trainer and any other cheating programs you may have in your system before doing that. If you're still facing restrictions after this ban expired, create a new ban appeal providing you serial aswell. To grab your serial, launch MTA, open the console (F8 key by default) then type 'serial' without any quotes.
