Hi, please provide additional information about your issue: does this happen only on one server? if so, are you the owner of the server or have you reached out to the server owner? how did you figure out the FPS problem you're facing is due to the chat? what have you already tried in order to solve your issue? Also, please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. Post any Pastebin URL MTADiag gives you.

I'm sorry, I still don't quite understand. MTA does not come out of the box with any sort of accounts already registered for you on any particular server. Have you bought a used PC or a brand new one?

Hello, Please be more specific with your issue. If you're playing on some (popular) servers and someone already registered with the username you usually do/want to use, then you'll have to use another username and/or reach to those server owners about it.
